Dawn-Marie Turner

Dr. Dawn-Marie Turner is an organizational change specialist and President of Turner Change Management Inc. www.thinktransition.com. She has developed a transition management methodology DEAM© which works to increase individual and organizational change readiness and build the organization’s internal capacity for change. She is also the founding member and Chairperson of the International Council on Organizational Change (ICOC), a group of scholar practitioners working together non-competitively to advance into practice the science of change. Her area of interest is in helping organizations increase organizational change readiness and preventing resistance. Dawn-Marie resides in Canada.

I am currently the owner of a small business specializing in the fields of change management,learning program development and delivery and group facilitation. I was employed by the Canadian government as a learning specialist, line manager,team leader, facilitator and auditor. I regularly facilitate organizational development workshops for the Canadian civil service, notably for Public Works and Government Services, Transport Canada, the Department of Justice and the Canadian Security Establishment, and others. I have delivered training to Management personnel from Bombardier in their Leadership Certification Program and with management staff from Alcatel Canada and Nissan Canada.

Gilbert Brenson-Lazan is a writer, facilitator and coach that has thirty-five years of experience in organizational and other social change processes in twenty-seven countries, mostly in Latin America, where he has authored thirty-one publications in Spanish and English.  He currently lives with his wife in West Hartford, Connecticut, USA, and is father of five and grandfather of six, dedicating his spare time to outdoor photography and volunteer mentoring in crisis and disaster intervention.
