Our client realized the need to increase the internal skills of their executive and management teams, in order to enable the business prior to embarking on a significant business transformation.
What we did
We implemented a series of training and coaching sessions for their first and second level leadership staff and faciliated workshops based on Open Space Technology, World Cafè and other tools.
What was the result?
As a result, the company was able to upskill and prepare individuals. They developed strategic visions for the future and they were able to free resources to successfully manage the business transformation.
