Katia has acquired ten years of experience in logistical management and project leadership before becoming a professional trainer. Valuing personal development very higly, she invests every year in advanced training programs for herself. That is essential, she believes, for continuously stimulating and initiating the growth of others. Katia is commercial engineer, PMP (Project Management Professional), JCI international Graduate and senator, and NLP master practitioner and Insights Discovery Licensed.
Pascal vanden Bossche is specialised in project management and has trained and coached more than 1,500 project managers internationally. He has 10 years of experience as a consultant at one of the big 5. The projects in which he gained this experience vary from data processing to organisational change, from product development to construction projects.
Pascal is a certified project management professional by the Project Management Institute and an NLP Practitioner.
