About Us
David is a CF owner. His passion is spending time with people in learning environments where discovery is of the essence – organizational discovery and self discovery. He loves to spend time in complex environments where change abounds and the challenge is to find a better way and to bring everyone along. He believes that the answers usually lie in the people involved and that his task is to create the environment and ask the questions which will lead to the discoveries. David believes that the most fertile ground for a change facilitator is in the heart of uncertainty where possibilities abound and potential is unlimited.
