About Us
As back ground Jamal Al Salah is a holder of Msc. In Civil Engineering, the field in which he worked until 1989. Then he changed his direction to management consulting and training, after participation in a ZOPP training workshop organized by GTZ in 1989. After several sessions of intesive training courses on moderation, planning, M&E and other topics related to participatory methods, Jamal Al Salah started in 1991 working as Moderator of planning workshops, and training other colleagues on moderation and planning and guiding workshop in participatory appoaches.
In January 1996, Jamal made the official registration of his own private establishment (INTERACTION) in Amman, Jordan. Until today, he conducted a total of 270 assignments of planning, training , M&E, PRA and others in the Middle East, Africa, Yemen for various development organizations and international donors, private and public institutions. He has been involved in training of staff in the private and public sector.
